• Project information — details about your property and the work you want done.
• Website usage — basic analytics data such as pages visited and device type, if analytics tools are enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes.
• To carry out and manage building work at your property.
• To invoice you and keep records required by law.
• To contact you about your project, including aftercare follow-ups.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information where necessary to complete your project (for example, with suppliers delivering materials to your address) or where required by law.

3. Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely and access is limited to people who need it to carry out your project. We retain project records for the period required by the Building Act 2004 and tax legislation, after which they are securely disposed of.

4. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

5. Photos of Completed Work

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and social media. We will ask for your permission before publishing photos that identify your property, and will never include your name or address without consent.
